Airborne Spring Break 2025
Our chapter is supporting a great week with 2 Active Duty Paratroopers from Division. They will come down from Bragg and will spend the Week at the My Warriors Place Retreat Center in Ruskin, FL.
At the end of the week the Tampa Bay All Airborne Chapter of the 82nd Airborne Division is Sponsoring a luncheon along with our partners from the American Legion Post 152 Riders Group to Honor all Gold Star Families as part of the Airborne Spring Break with Troopers from the 82nd Airborne Division.
All Proceeds will be donated to My Warrior’s Place and Tampa Bay All Airborne Chapter Trooper Fund.
Tentative Itinerary:
- March 21, 2025 – Arrival My Warriors Place
- March 22, 2025 – Welcome reception, Tampa Bay All Airborne Chapter and other Florida Chapters of the 82nd Airborne Association Civilian clothes. American Legion Post 152 – 1200 hrs. to 1400 hrs. Firewalking and sound event at MWP 330pm
- March 23, 2025 – Community relations with area Veteran organizations
- March 24, 2025 – Kayak trip at Weeki Wachee 11am
- March 25, 2025 – {Tentatively working on tickets) Spring Training Baseball Game.
- March 26, 2025 – Deep Sea Fishing 8am at MWP
- March 27, 2025 – Tampa Bay Lighting vs Utah Hockey Club at Amelie Arena in Tampa.
- March 28, 2025 – Free Day or range day at Fish hawk Sport Clays
- March 29, 2025 - Luncheon with the Tampa Bay Gold Star Families. Guest Speaker: TBD Uniform: Class A. American Legion Post 152, Tampa Florida
- March 30, 2024 – Return to Fort Bragg

- March 27, 2024 – TB Lightning vs Boston Bruins Hockey Game
- March 28, 2024 - Kayaking on Weeki Watchee River
- March 29, 2024- Free Day or Busch Gardens
- March 30, 2024 – Luncheon with the Tampa Bay Gold Star Mothers. At the American Legion Post 152, Tampa Florida
- March 27, 2024 – Return to Fort Liberty (FKA Fort Bragg)

- March 21, 2023 – Deep Sea Fishing or Canoe at Witchee Wachee or Veteran Organized Event
- March 22, 2023 – Deep Sea Fishing or Canoe at Witchee Wachee or Veteran Organized Event
- March 23, 2023 – Tentative Detroit Tiger vs Philadelphia Phillies or Deep Sea Fishing
- March 24, 2023 - Activities with SEAC William (Joe) Gainey, 1st Senior Advisor to the Joint Chief of Staff, Lunch.
- March 25, 2023 – Luncheon with the Tampa Bay Gold Star Mothers. At the American Legion Post 153, Tampa Florida
- March 226, 2023 – Farewell Lunch for the Trooper with the Chapter. Uniform: Civilian.
- March 27, 2023 – Return to Fort Bragg.
